I know the timing info will be on here somewhere but while I'm asking for the correct Co2 setting could anyone give me a brief summary please - I jnow it's something to do with setting it at 6000 RPM (scarey)...

I used to know the Co2 setting and forgot it..

I've just done the Dwell (to 40ish) and seem to have lost a bit of my power band... running smooth though..
I thought it might be that the timing was set to the previous points setting and now that I've adjusted it I should reset the timing.. If that soesn't get me my power band back I'll be reposting - so some guidance about these two procedures would be very helpful to get me on...
