They are factory. Uses a 3.2 liter six engine. VERY fun to drive and will eat a GTI's lunch. The 4motion adds a bit of fun to the car. If I had the money and didn't care about fuel economy for my daily I would buy one.

For now though I will stay with my Jetta TDI and save to install an Upsolute Stage III kit. Boosts power to 170 hp and torque to over 300 ft lbs. Not bad considering stock it was 90hp/155 ft lbs.

Drove one last night and that sold me. If I can keep my foot out of it the fuel economy will not be to badly affected and when I want it to it will pull like a freight train.
