Well, taken from a site with "sponsor a child in jesus' name" pretty much adds a big phat grain of salt to any op-ed piece therein.

Maybe 'cause there isn't any real story there? There is no way to force any rate on the cabbies, specifically one that's below-market. There's something else going on here, but the author, who "consults with with businesses and ministries utilizing ancient Biblical principles for success in today's marketplace" isn't telling.
