I agree with So Cal, don't ever rig a fuse, you a bascially lucky that he didn't burn the whole car up. If you are blowing fuses, there is a PROBLEM. Sounds like there was a short, which blew the fuses, then when he rigged up the thing, the extra current burned up the motors.
