I didn't do 11" rear flares because I am not going for the RSR look. I like it but I like the ST look better. My car is patterned after the ST rally cars of 70/71. These had 9" front and rear flares.
To me this keeps the symmetrical look of a long hood and ads a little bit of muscle. Perfect!
