Thanks for the tips everyone.

Under user accounts both users were listed as computer administrators. I do not get the advanced tab. I changed the other user to a limited account thinking that may change things but it did not.

I'd rather not load up my computer with other software if I can help it. Any other ideas?

As far as I know, we never have both of us on at once. You start the computer as one or the other, right?
