99.99% of the people who read 101 Projects have no idea of what goes on to assemble and create a book like that. Things like marketing, space limitations and other concerns are paramount in assembling 101 projects into 240 pages. It's very difficult - I'm grappling with it on the BMW 101 book right now. I chose the rear brakes as the brake example to use in the book because of the nuances associated with the rear parking brake shoes.

Note, that this was the first book that I wrote, and only the 2nd one in this series by Motorbooks, so we weren't really sure what it should look like. If I decide to do a 2nd edition, there will be some changes made - most notably the inclusion of the front brakes and a few other projects swapped in and out.

Another problem is a lack of a front brake / wheel bearing article on the site (anyone want to volunteer?). I haven't had time to do this, although I will be overhauling my 914-6 suspension if I ever get some time...
