I grew up in Troy, MI and when I moved to chicago I bought a car and only put the rear plate on cause i thought the other one they gave me was just an "extra"
the dealer even told me I only needed the rear!
A few weeks later I was parked on the street in downtown and received a $45 ticket. I was PISSED.
