Modifying how one leads their life is difficult and require a great deal of will and determination.
Why do that when you can just pop a pill and head out to McD's for your daily BigMac? Carb blockers, Xenedrine, the ephedra-base diet pills of a couple years ago, and to some extent statins make it too easy for people to maintain their lifestyle.
It's almost lunch time, I can't wait for my whole pizza with a carb blocker chaser - mmmm.
