It's always hard to prove a negative.
Drinking mint tea and talking to dozens of people might not be the stuff that Ian Fleming and Robert Ludlum fans get excited about, but if it's a real-world means to get information, more power to him.
I'm not aware that anyone has disputed 'outing' Wilson's wife was a crime, so I'm surprised it's even an issue.
