In fact, I work with nuclear weapons every day for a living as a senior engineer/scientist .... and sit on panels that determine everything from their design features to their testing, movement and storage, so I suspect my graduate education from the Air Force Institute of Technology in that area is as good as yours from that bastion of nuclear technology, ITT.
