That part was made with just a drill and a jig saw out out 3/16 alum. I don't have any fancy equiptment although i did add a band saw to my arsenal. I did'nt do any drawings, i just winged it by using the general shape of the boot and filed and trimed as necessary. Now i looked back at my picture, i see the part needs to be repolished and cleaned.
