How about a non-political topic for a change? I have an old school home audio set up that I'd like to update for home theater use. I have a Yamaha M60 power amp, a Yamaha C60 control amp, a DBX range expander, an ADC equalizer and a pair of JBL studio monitor speakers. I don't remember what the amp and speakers are rated at but they're plenty powerful enough for me and the neighbors. My question is, what else would I need to convert my stereo into a home theater system. I bought these pieces when I was stationed overseas about twenty years ago and they still produce really clear sound. Plus, they have sentimental value. So even if I should start from scratch, I won't dump this system. Instead, they'll go into my office. However, I'd rather not buy an entirely new system. That'll mean less money for Porsche parts.
