ahhh NoVa.... Looks like a nice place! I just left Arlington for my palace in the far reaches of civilization (Bristow, near Manassas). Yes, the RE prices really are that bad around here.

One piece of advice, make sure to check out whoever does to work for license infractions. There is a website with the Board of Licensure (or whatever) that shows who is licensed and for what (General, electric, etc.) Make sure to get a list of all subs that will work on the project. Ask me how I know.
