Also, I have said many times, and also repeated, that the 74th Street Ale House, just down the street from JW's shop, makes some of the finest food in the city. Their food strikes me as custom-designed fare for enjoyment with malted beverages. For those with mild tastes, their chicken breast sandwich is widely regarded as the best in the city. For those who prefer food that bites back, their corned beef sandwich is the best I ever expect to eat.
