You give him more credit than he deserves.
Kerry didn't even have ideas. . .all he had was was "it may be, in the future" . .. he could imagine these things happening.
He did have one idea, that was pretty strong; healthcare. He had the idea, that if he held-up the superior coverage-plan that congressmen get, as something that he would
give to every US citizen, that people would believe him.
Seems, for that promise, he should have been wearing a red-suit, and have flying reindeer.
