Well gentleman,congradulations are in order ! The power of the Pelican has prevailed and today l received a call from David at Powerhaus. Although he feels this incident is "chicken****" he will honor the Ebay contract and send me the muffler l`m entitled to.The caveat however is that we conclude this "internet business" . l`m willing to let the whole thing go as long as l get the actual muffler from the auction and in the condition shown in the pic. Any more funny business and this is just the beginning.l have to say after talking to him that he wants this to be over and seems to know that the only way for that to happen is to send me my goods.Any of you who showed support by emailing these..people,please email once more to acknowledge their decision to honor the contract and do the right thing.As long as Powerhaus is taken from the hotseat here then l`ll get my muffler.Powerhaus has a reputation for building extremely fast Porsches and hopefully once this is concluded that`s what we`ll think of when the name Powerhaus comes up.l`ll keep you all posted on the events as they happen,and post pics of the muffler when it arrives.Thanks everyone and thanks David at Powerhaus for doing the right thing,feels good doesn`t it?
