You know when it takes the Internet and all that involves to force a company to "do the right thing", I don't call that "making it right". Neither am I impressed when they make part of the transaction, "no more Internet discussion" about their business practices.
My point is just doing the right thing the first time is much eaiser for everyone involved. It is also common sense for us in business.
Nice thing about this website is you can get a short list of those that actually do the right thing, first time up.
