I tend to agree with Jdub. IMHO, disputes that don't originate on this board shouldn't be resolved on this board. If you have a problem with Wayne or pelicanparts.com then by all means talk about it here. (To be clear I've never had a problem with Wayne or pelicanparts.com. Just the opposite in fact) Problems on Ebay.com should be handled according to the rules established by Ebay or by the local small claims court.

One last quick point. People are less than honest when they air their gripes about others. It's too easy for a good reputation to be tarnished by misinformation. I am not saying this is the case here, just in general.
