Funny you should say that Dave, Ive had mine for about 15 years and beat the !@#$ out of them.
Every rebuild I raised the compression, hotter cam, etc....last was 10.5:1, 86a webcam, 40mm Dells, etc...list goes on. Mechanic said that motor would maybe last a year...that was 5 years ago
Never failed yet, just honed a few times.
Maybe I got the good ones, which P/C's are you refering to?
