You say it's 'clear he was not' and I say it's not clear at all. As I posted before (not that it matters) the US made 'illegal' incursions into Cambodia from before it was an official 'war' throughout the conflict. What does anyone outside of the SBVfT have to say about the area of operations of the Swift Boat teams?
