The problem turned out to be the high pressure short line from the dryer to the front condenser.
There were two areas where the hose was obviously rubbing against something sharp over a period of time.
It held vacuum. But once it built up pressure, one of the cuts must have "gave way"... resulting in a "fog show" coming out of the front fender.
I've removed the high pressure line.... and am waiting for the new line.
Hopefully, all will go well after the new line is installed.
And no, I did not swap out the receiver dryer. The system was closed, and I live in a very dry area, and I have records of it being changed a 3 years ago....
I'll see if it work well. If not, I'll start upgrading stuff.. which is what I plan to do anyway...
I figure that this is a starting point. Let's see how well the factory setup works. Then I'll go on from there to improve as necessary.
