I would say that it is alright to knock a girl out if she has a weapon ie. knife, bat, gun. If she is just hitting you then I would say punching her in the face is out of the question. Maybe a soft one to the gut. I would definitely restrain her by the arms or neck if necessary. A man should never throw the first punch when it comes to women and should avoid throwing any punches at all. What are you really going to gain by hitting a 100 lbs person? I court date thats for sure.
