There are many options...
Most of the "off-the-shelf" solutions are sold in Europe and are big bucks. What I have chosen to do (until I can come up with a way to run heat exchangers at an affordable price) is to run the manifolds from a '75-'76 914. They're small and simple and terminate in a three bolt flange. Its easy to adapt a late model bus exhaust to a pair of them. And they're short enough that you don't need to worry about cutting them down to fit.
