Larry, I'm confused-why do you say this forum was created for "the german look"? The name is "VW / PORSCHE Conversion Tech Forum"-which pretty much covers all the bases-whether putting a 911 flat 6 into a Bug, a 2500cc stroked and bored Type 1 motor into a '66 912, adapting 930 CV's into a SCORE race buggy, 928 calipers and rotors onto on IRS Beeele pan, etc, etc. I've been posting on this board since the first week it was active-and the first question I asked of the (then) moderator (Violent Blue-you remember him, don't you? I do.) was if posting questions pertaining to my '66 912 with a Type 1 engine conversion was ok in here. He welcomed anything to do with VW's or Porsches. Chill, bro.........
