I love all Porsche and all VW/audi and the best of all is the VW Porsche.
I do also love Subarus, Mercedes and everything else that makes transportation fun or has quality.
Well all those exept the japanese had roots back to Porsche and still bear some from that engeniering mind in them.
One is that a "cheap" car doesn´t have to be a poor design.
Well mostly the 924/944 owners have a blanc nerve as they always have to hear not to drive a real Porsche and to proof that many 924/944 parts are easy swaps into old beatles.
Well the funny thing is if you took the first beatle and would like to adopt a 917 engine it would fit both ways, even the new 996 TT engine has the same bolt pattern behind the adaption bellhouse ( Bigger clutch ).
I know whats about from the 914 scene. Those cars used some VW origins but where only acceptet as Volkswagen.
There are some people who need to definite status with a car. I have them for fun and hell a VW is a good car. Maybe aged but not old and useless. Also I can accept that a miata or RX 7 is a good car. Not a Porsche but close to it mybe closer then the 9X6 generation.
