Actually the American population is about 275-280 million (according to CBS news). The world population is about 5-6 Billion.
Add 3 million if Bush passes the Mexican immigration pardon for illegal immigrants. Drip in the bucket really, sounds big when you say 3 million though... Keep it in perspective.
Personally I could care less about Canada politics because it does not affect me. When it does I will pay attention
