Is their a way to ban the repeated postings by people who repeatedly post racist/offensive comments.

Is their a way to lock certain offenders out?.
I realise they may reappear under different disguises but I wondered if their was a way to lock some of these persons out of the board permanently.
I am all for 'free speech'and realise that some of us have different cultures and opinions of what is acceptable or unacceptable, but should there be certain standards ?.
The OT posts are usually entertaining and I feel a welcome break from soley Tech. board which would be boring.
I know there is always the answer 'Just don't bother reading it!".
Maybe I am wasting my breath, but I feel there maybe others out there with the same feelings?.
Otherwise keep up the good work!.
