I think censorship is subjective. Bush may not like certain reporters and broadcasts, and thus may not allow them as much access to him as others. Otherwise, if there is pure censorship, O'Reilly would be b!tching as loud as Franken.
Censorship in other mediums - music, literature, movies, etc., is strictly a social movement - not governmental.
When I worked for Warner Bros., we bopped around the idea of a Jack Benny cartoon. (I know some of you remember Jack Benny). Well, guess where we got caught up - yep, with Rochester, the black butler. A character like him is completely un PC these days.
Or here's another idea: Do you think Archie Bunker would play in today's world? Hell no.
Bush may try, loosely, to censor the press. But other mediums I just don't think the government can suppress - not successfully, at least.
