A troll..haha, yes, I live under a bridge, and I pop out and attack un-suspecting people trying to cross my bridge.

I know it's a different kind of war, and I realize that there are people within our own borders who are the enemy, but I feel that enough is not being done within the laws that we currently have to stop terrorism. I feel if law enforcement did what is already within their powers, they wouldn't need new laws violating our rights.

And violating the 4th amendment is violation of due process. And remember, police are people too, and we've seen stories (I will admit this is the exception, not the rule) about corrupt police. What is now to stop them from breaking into our house, planting something, and finding it and arresting us? Do you want to live in fear of police? Should you be afraid of saying something cross to an officer that you meet? Because that is what is going to happen.
