Hey all,
Broke down and studied the wiring diagram and fixed some of the P.O. wiring jobs. Now here is the fix... fuse # 9!! I am an electrician and I have never seen a fuse do what this was doing. I feel embarrassed but the Goblin is going again and what a freakin easy fix. I am humbled
