I think if you break the line loose at the passenger side exhaust valve cover area (where it connects to another hose) you may be able to pull the line down enough to clear the chain cover. even if you bend it abit you should be able to bend it back no problem. I have done this on my cars but I don't remember having quite that much overlap there.
