We know for a fact that saddam had the capability to produce and distribute WMDs...we only have not found any large stockpiles. I don't have any browniies stockpiled in my kitchen, but I certainly have the ingedients and recipie....and could whip up a batch if desired.
We already know for a fact that Saddam supported terrorists. he paid a large cash award for suicide bombers families in Palestine. Why would we suppose he would not also provide them other support?
