Perhaps the key word is "had", as in past tense; as in the early 90's. Forgive me if I'm incorrect, but the coaliton forces (us) haven't found any current manufacturing facilities, enriched uranium or biological weapons stockpiles nor any way of delivering them (long range missiles). SH appears to have had fits of grandeur, enticing us with the appearance they had something to hide. Like school kids, we called his bluff w/o any hard evidence and it cost us 1000 lives so far (and counting), many thousands of more injured and a couple a hundred bil. BTW, Iraqi civilian casualties not included.
