Pelican Parts sells Magnecore wires for about $85 bucks. I think thats your best bet for economical wires.
For Clutch kits, a basic Sachs kit with a spring type disc will not set you back as much as the Centerforce. I have heard good and bad things about Centerforce, which makes me sway towards Sachs more seeing that I've never had anything to complain about except the lack of the pedal pressure that I want; heel breaking stiffness
