The whole issue of reinstating the draft is a liberal agenda. It is their belief that the so called underclass, deprived of employment options are economically forced to enlist. The percieved upperclass, or socially privileged have a wealth of employment prospects outside of the military and therefore are not contributing to their fair share in defense of the country, in the eyes of the liberals.
