Oh, c'mon. You far underestimate their sense of humor. I don't think a statement like that would be lost on them in the least. They might have a little bit of fun with it at your expense, but hey, just look at it as an opportunity to get to know a few of them a little better. They are really overall a pretty understanding, sensitive group once you get to know them.
