On the other hand, Bush is not a very smart man, with no real knowledge (and, apparently no real interest) in history or foreign affairs. I do believe Bush will go down as one of the worst presidents in history.

"One of the....." (?)
Who would be his competition in this catagory? Who else inherited a world at (relative) peace, a massive budget surplus, was handed a memo warning of an imminent terrorist attack, ignored it, and then blamed all of his massive leadership failure on said attack while driving the world economy into the toilet and destroying relationships w/ key allies that have stood for 100 years???
I almost forgot: invaded a non-involved country in the M.E., blaming it for the terror attack on us, setting off the worst destabilising in the region in ??? years? With the Jerry Falwell version of God as his chief advisor, the most corrupt and cynical oil company executives as his cabinet, and an IQ that at times seems to rival room temperature?
John Kerry? He'll do just fine. We could put Mickey Rourke in w/ the Backstreet Boys as a cabinet and the world would thank us to the heavens. My country is under some strange ether, tell me that it's just a bad dream.
