Who would be his competition in this catagory? Unfortunately he also inherited a weakened military, a totally ruined intelligence agency, high taxes, a country going into a recession and terrorists planning attacks and in-place already.
...Kinda like marrying a woman with $100,000 in the bank and a Merceedes to find out that she has a $500,000 credit card debt, the car is leased, and she has no income.
