With a quote like "Women should like me! I do manicures" it should be pretty clear it was a joke, and the fact that Fox
immediately apologized and pulled the story shows it was an accident.
Rather on the other hand, even though everyone with more than 2 brain cells knew the documents were fake, stubbornly held to his 'story' essentially dismissing opposition by angrily snorting "Don't you know who I am?"
