Hmmm, you would probably be better off replacing the units with new aftermarket or used factory parts. First thing I would do is make sure your windows are as free to move as possible. I'm assuming that your original manual window regulators are intact and the aftermarket motors are attached via cables and gears? If so, remove the electrical add-ons, clean and lube all the factory pieces to make sure they're in good shape. If you don't have the original window winder handles, you can pick up a couple of used ones and use them until you figure out what to do with the electrical portion.
