Nostatic: I agree with you - removable storage would slow things down, and frankly, for me, 4GB is plenty of space. Plus if I run out of space, I ca always delete some stuff I don't listen to anymore! (And load it back later...)

Question: I know the regular IPod using some type of mini hard drive. Is the same true for the mini IPod? I looked on Apple's website, but could not find any info on it.

The reason I ask is because I feel absolutely no vibrations when the thing is playing, and I assume a mini-hard drive would have to spin and no matter how small and lightweight it is, that movement would still translate into some sort of vibrations.
