Back in the shop, and catching up on the keyboard. Great meeting all of you, and even though we drove out of the blue sky, the people, cars and foliage were just awesome. Stopping in at Edgars to see the Bennet project reallly added to the connections we have made on this board. Monday and tuesday were great at NHIS, thats my knid of rambly! Instructed a "hotdog" on tuesday in a GT2, Chief instructor warned me, every other instructor has said they would not get back into the car with this guy! With a damp track, this guy was driving granny green in white run group, complaining that he had been passing every one in this group yesterday. Then in the rear view mirror, a well prepared 911 spun into the wall at the entrance to the main straight, I was able to get his attention even more!
the other highlight, Andy and laurie showed up at NHIS with a new addition to the race stable, 95 Ferarri 355 cup car. Left me the keys for tuesday. Wow what a sound, shifting up the straights, and a very different polar rotation in the turns, steering so light that you can drive this car with fingertip pressure. Different, but I am still a steadFAST 911 guy.

thanks to Rick Rambly, we had a great Time, now looking for a new "spring" ascot.
