I wondered myself about if it is the relay or the motor. I really have no way of knowing. Since it appears mine is aftermarket, both my motor and really are located in my light cavity. According to 3.2 CAB (Thanks!), I need a pre-86 assembly Mazda motor. Just to make sure, the writing on the motor is "12v WR-2 Mitsuba Japan". That is all I found on it.

Let me ask this: Does my driver side also have a relay? If so could I unplug it and try it out on the other side? Would I create any problems?
