I am HEl_l_ bent on making my own factory pop ups. I have some S2 lights coming in with bar and motor. I have Miata light motor, RX7 motors,... I will study anything I can get my hands on to fix this prob that plagues all us poor non factory slantnose owners. I plan on figurign this out to make a complete kit to be virtually indistinguishable from factory. I have received snide comments from non-believers trying to keep me down, but I work in Automation alley in Detroit and there isn't anything I can't have easily made. I just have to figure out what the originals looked like... that is the hardest part. I have 1 light down, too. AND I REFUSE to fix it until my factory kit is ready to go in
The RX7 linkage sucks, the lights flutter and they aren't worth putting another dime into.
