Lamar, if you are in fact telling the truth, would you mind telling us exactly where the "coolant tank" is in the engine compartment that you filled with water/antifreeze?

If it is toward the right of the engine with the neck coming up from the rear fender, that is the oil-tank that you have now added water/antifreeze to. Hopefully you didn't run the engine too long (although since you said it won't start any longer, it sounds like the damage has been done unfortunately), but the first thing you should do now is to drain all the oil out of the tank and the engine sump and refill with fresh oil. It might be beneficial to just take it to a mechanic at this stage, however that's your call.
