What do you guys think of Google Desktop Search (it is available in beta)?

I'm trying it now, and looking forward to comparing it with the upcoming Spotlight in Mac OS X Tiger.

Anyone know of a similar function available from Microsoft?

(I like it so far, although Google Desktop's ability to present the most relevant hits first seems lower that original Google's, probably since there's no links to count.)
