I was reading the operation of the 15° C temperature switch in the Bentley manual and I realize that there are several mistakes in the book... I checked the switch and it works properly though I still have my problem.
Your response suddenly made me think that there is another area I need to investigate - the actual wiring to the Lambda computer from the 15° C switch (the number 7 wire). If this wire is grounded and not sending the proper signal to the computer that could be the cause of my problem (at least that is how I rationalizing it now).
