Actually, you're wrong about that. If the recount had proceeded as planned, and Gore had gotten his wish to recount specified counties, he still would have come up short.
So your perception of bias in the judiciary, correct or not (and face it, it's not - it's just a convenient whipping boy for your loss) is irrelevant. The result's the same either way - W is your President. And rightfully so. He got more votes.
