One small problem....
1. Kerry didn't "engate in insurrection or rebellion against the same". I don't remember Kerry tryng to overthrow the government.
2. Kerry didn't "give aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." I don't recall Kerry aiding and comforting the enemies. Please outline what "aid" he gave to the enemies.
